The address provides in the email gives two different locations on Google maps. DHL are aware of this, I was told, “You are not the only one, many customers have complained.” I don’t get how they can be aware of this issue and still email customers an address that creates confusion.

I turned up on 11/04/2023 at 19:48. It was within your opening hours. But your door is locked with all the light on while people are in the building. I knocked on the door and no one answer. I keep kicking and waited till 19:57. I gave up and then as soon as I returned to my car, in front of your building, your staffs come out of the building and locked the place up. Clearly they are waiting for me to leave before they opened the door. This is a rubbish service and you should reflect on your staffs behaviour.

Absolutely terrible service, came in to pick up a parcel and was faced with one staff member using profanity to another. That same staff member who had used the profanity thought it was appropriate to continue her phone conversation whilst serving me. Unfortunately the phone conversation required her to continue to use profanity. Terrible service very disappointing.
