Arranged for delivery to be made at the depot as I wouldn't be at home. Received a message stating that the driver was unable to deliver to the depot where my package was already?? Figure that out??!! Instead he took it out all day on his van so I was unable to collect it until he had returned from his day of deliveries. DHL customer service were rude and unhelpful and put the phone down on me. Not my choice to use DHL, but if I ever have the choice I certainly won't!!
