Can't believe the manager here is running a shop he has just completely embarrassed his member of staff. I asked the lady on the till for some cigarettes which she didn't quite understand which ones so kindly asked me to repeat and managed to find them no problems at all. However the manager then rudely interrupts and speaks to me like dirt on the floor and this gets my back up it had nothing whatsoever to do with him and it's not the first time I've heard him speak to his customers or staff appallingly rude. Should not be running a shop at all I would like this escalated to higher management as I'm disgusted the manager needs to go on a course to deal with customers properly and perhaps an English course wouldn't go a miss either which also causes a problem. Truly terrible management !!!!!!! All other members of staff are fantastic may I add.
