Finally caving after being a customer for over 3 years now. As others have mentioned and is as clear as day, some of the outright despicable and ignorant behaviour from staff results in an unsatisfactory visit and experience. There are multiple instances of being challenged or outright rude chat when presenting an issue (usually at checkout). They pick and choose which of their buddies gets to cut lines and sit there dilly dallying when they could provide a smooth checkout, instead the majority of the mean mugging bunch would rather intimidate or act rude because you may look a bit different to the majority of wholesale custom they get. I am usually reluctant to give out one stars, but this branch fully deserve it. What a lazy attitude to have to people who may not spend as much as some, but they definitely make it obvious you're not very welcome. Clowns.
