Great food, excellent flavours, good portion sizes and good value. One of the best Indians around. Micro brewery next door if you want to sample a few ales first. You can normally park outside or not too far away. Was very quiet so not much atmosphere, and was a bit cold (Feb visit).

I was pleasantly impressed by the quality of this take away by Dhamaka. I ordered the chicken vindaloo and pilau rice. A very tasty and generous meal it was too. I’m happy to recommend this place for dining in or ordering a take away. It’s easy to find among the row of Bitterne Triangle shops. It has seats for about 40 people in all. Clean, tidy and comfortable seats with basic but tasteful decor. Staff are welcoming and service is provided on time.
