Rubbish quality hire van. Handbrake feels stiff. Van rattling. Engine revs when clutch pressed lightly. Feels more like a go kart. Going from a brand new combo to this piece of junk, atrocious. Didnt offer to replace van instead offered to send someone to check it. Rubbish. Have had many rentals over the years, this is easily the worst.
