Maisy and Danny were incredibly helpful in the installation of two AC units in our domestic loft conversion. From the get go, they provided clear recommendations and support on the process, including flagging that planning permission may be needed (it was). With that planning permission underway, they kept in touch and completed the install to a high standard. The team onsite were careful and respectful of our property, keeping things tidy and cleaning up after themselves. Unfortunately I had not good experience with this company at all, paid about £500.00 for service and replace of the pump of the air condition unit, after insisting to pay for the service before, they installed the expensive pump, did the service but I end up with air condition which do not work and the blades do not move after the service??the replay for complain was that they did not touch the blades?? how can you service the units (which basically was to remove the filter take it out, spray with disinfectant and fit it back? ) and not touch the blades? they did not even check if the air condition works ok after the service? unfortunately I was busy with my client to check this myself as they came late to the appointment. Now the customer service lady Maisy do not respond to my e-mail or phone call, they were quick to respond when they book the job and take the payment, very unprofessional and do not recommend the company at all.
