£800 for a 2 seater sofa, £100 of that for a 5 minute delivery. Sofa delivered is the wrong colour, from what had been ordered. After sales / customer services terrible. Being made to feel as if it’s my fault they messed up, despite fully proving they’re in the wrong. Never again DFS

This is only the second bad review I have Eva had to post. Altho the store manager told me he wouldn’t be happy with the sofa I received in his own home I get a call to say it’s within there tolerances which are 10%. And there’s nothing else I can do. I’m stuck with a 4k sofa that looks worse than the one I gave away.😡
