I know way back I gave a brilliant review. But that was the biggest mistake I made . After waiting 20 weeks for our order os over £1500.00 to arrive , using the said settee to sit on . We have now complained, we now have to sit on pillows because the whole padding has collapsed . Never again will we go back . Now waiting 10 + weeks for them to come a do a repair .

Ordered a 3 seater and 2 seater sofa. Arrived within the time frame quoted, however they sent the wrong cushions, so my 3 seater had 2 seater cushions making it look ridiculous and couldn't be used as a 3 seater. When I chased up the correct cushions I was told they would take as long as the sofas took! Ridiculous time frame! I was then offered a £25 refund, which is a bizzare number on a £1700 order. Cancelled the order after a couple of chats with the store and becoming frustrated at not being able to speak with them directly. Avoid DFS
