    To place your order they speak to you for about ten minutes- don’t even offer the correct options. After you have placed your order they will not contact you again, you will get a little text with your delivery date on that is all. Nobody has even contacted me for payment ( other than the deposit paid). Once sofas have arrived- extras which have been charged are not even added. No glides which has now caused scratches all over my new floor when the delivery men moved the sofa across the floor. Also the after care kit is missing- nobody bothered to tell me until I have rang up- now on my EIGHTH call!!!! They have said it’s out of stock and they will now place an order for it. So I have had to ring to let you know something was missing, nobody bothered to tell me ??? Very bad customer service, whenever you call the line you are put on hold for a long time ‘while they try contact the store’ and then the call drops!!! The store have tried to contact me ONCE after 8 days & left me a voicemail ‘ we have tried to contact you many times’ no they have not … this is their first missed call and when trying to call them back today I am now speaking with the THIRD customer service agent today & guess what I’m on hold for 6 minutes right now. There is also a massive dent in the foot of the sofa. Not happy with the customer service offered and the process to even try get something fixed- all they are bothered about is taking your order and your money clearly. I should have read the reviews first as you can see the customer service is horrific and on top of that the sofas are all coming damaged - the only good reviews are people who didn’t purchase anything! When you’re ordering please make sure you check their website first FOR ALL OPTIONS as they will not offer this or make you aware in store.

    As is the case normally, sales part was fine, took delivery of sofas in February. Contacted the company immediately regarding numerous marks on the sofa that are more than just compression marks. Furthermore, the usb ports and wireless charging devices don't work either. I had one visit from an engineer after the initial call who just came to tell me that he'd get someone out to sort it. Since then, I've made numerous calls but I'm still waiting to have sofas as they should be. Have emailed a complaint but only got the auto response acknowledging receipt. I've always had to ring up myself to get any kind of contact, I've asked for callbacks but to no avail. Sort them or take them back please.
