Took 2 weeks from ordering direct to receiving these and lots of chasing. The colours are not as bright for the bedding sets I purchased, as the photos. For the price I paid they are fine if they were the retail price they state they were, I would not want them. If your nit in a hurry then there are some.good deals

Bought through Debenhams and what they sent me was not the size I ordered. They asked for all sorts of pictures but then just said was outside their policy. Do not recommend this company at all. What you pay for is not what you get and customer service appalling!

Made an order through Debenhams supplied by Deyongs in the first half of December for a Christmas present. Nearly a month later, no sign of it - Evri apparently have it but I can’t contact them. In any case, supplier is liable for goods until received. So I contacted Debenhams who said wait 7 days for Evri system to update. I did, no update. Chased with Debenhams again who now say give it 3 days as it’s supplied by Deyongs. Day 2 and no progress yet. What an awful chain, I don’t know which element of it is at fault, all I know is I’m still waiting for the product for an unreasonable time. Edit - I contacted Deyongs directly, they were very helpful and efficient, sent a replacement item immediately. I’d order directly with them in future, not through Debenhams

Deyongs have been a family owned home textile business since 1846 so Household Linens have some catching up to do as we are a small family owned business since 1977. Despite that, we obviously share the same passion for customer focus and service and they offer a great selection of products too so... What's not to like !
