Have had very good experiences with other branches however very poor customer service in this branch. Due to work constraints we prefer to communicate via email which we mentioned on initial contact. We received a very passive aggressive and tactless response from Kevin MacPhee: "if you are looking to view properties or be serious about finding a property I will need you to give me a call to discuss a few details and book you in for a viewing." Communicating via email hasn't been an issue with other Dexters branches or other reputable agents so I can't see why this is an issue. Even if it is suboptimal, that response was completely unacceptable. Are you providing me with a service or am I providing you with a service? Totally unprofessional.
