I would emphasis the fact that they kept me fully informed throughout the sale and if I needed to contact them I always received a prompt response which feels somewhat unusual these days !! I am particularly appreciative of their excellent service as I was living some distance away from the house being sold and as a result needed to rely on them to a greater degree than normal.
