Julie and Mike are extremely knowledgeable offering advice , my sausage dog was slightly overweight and Julie helped put together a diet which really helped get her to an ideal weight . Always found the lady in this shop very helpful. Always had a personalised service. Was kind enough to display a poster of my missing cat... and left it up until I went back to buy something and I suggested removing it. I'm really grateful for this as other posters were removed in Cheadle Hulme. I much prefer to buy my pet products here rather than trek to the big out of town pet shops.

After getting advice from Julie on food for a dog with allergies, I visited again today to ask about a good food for my fussy cat. As always, Julie was so helpful with her advice and showed an interest in my animals and their well-being. Went here a few weeks back after trying a few other pet stores and not being happy with the service or advice. From when I walked in I was greeted and had a browse, I got talking to the lady owner and she was generally interested in listening to me and hearing about my dog and was lovely when I asked alot of questions about various treats and food dispite knowing I wouldn't be buying food that day. I got the treats and my dog has loved them and I have been happy knowing he has the right ones for him. Will be going back today to stock up and thanks to the store taking pride in adhering to covid circumstances providing santister etc I feel safe in doing so also.
