    The customer service at this business is non-existent. I emailed a few months back regarding some curtains I wanted to purchase for my house. Initially they were helpful in helping me figure out what I needed. They told me the best way to order would be via email because the website would have produced the wrong price (and also probably because of my specific requirements). I had to organise some other windows-related stuff first, so the curtains were put on hold for a while. Fast-forward a few months later and I get in touch saying I'd like to order the first batch of curtains, again explaining what I'd like. They email me back saying I just have to go on the website. I email them back confused, since they originally told me to order via email. They don't reply. I chase up again, saying the website doesn't cater for my requirements. No reply. Waste of time.

    Made to measure Emma J Shipley blind delivered safely, and looks beautiful! Pattern is centrally placed, and quality is superb. Communication was a little slow, but at least they replied eventually. Blind also took slightly longer than advised on the product page, but not enough delay to cause an issue

    I am delighted to highly recommend Curtains&Blinds4Homes. I have wooden venetian blinds fitted to the recess of my living room windows already, but felt the room needed something else to help with retaining heat and cosiness. I couldn't decide on fabrics so I received a good few free samples before settling on Made to Measure Roman Blinds in Chenille Aegean. My living room has a large bay window and a shorter window to the side. All the blinds match perfectly with identical folds. They arrived via FedEx courier and were easy to install with all screws and fixtures included (my husband has just put them up, even with a trapped nerve in his arm). The Roman blind mechanism is so easy to use and has child safety chains and fixtures. I will definitely use Curtains&Blinds4Homes again. (The photos show the blinds minutes after installation.)

    Thank you for this beautifully made Roman blind for the bathroom, made with Orla Kiely Whale fabric. Blind was also an excellent price compared to the other more well known blind companies I have previously used. The delivery was just within the time frame, it was Christmas though and I think I would’ve had it sooner otherwise so we’ll done. Fed X driver was polite and courteous. I will definitely use this company again.
