I called today and instead of booking the appointment(it’s not urgent I just need appointment that need to be face to face) but that is not possible I did it just in October and everything was fine and now I have to call back in yen morning? Who come up with this stupid system.

The new telephone service is ridiculous. I've been coming for years. Never had such difficulty getting a phonecall beforehand. "sorry can't complete your call" and then it just ends. I start work at 7am I havent got time to mess about with system that doesn't work well.

Really impressed with the service - called today to book an appointment and was called back within an hour to have my contraception sorted. Amy (I think was her name!) was an amazing nurse who was really understanding and explained everything so well 😊

I've called everyday for the last week and no one has answered my call, I don't believe that the line can always be unavailable. When they were meant to be open on Saturday the line was shut. This is ridiculous.

I am trying to access STI diagnosis since several days (even weeks) and I can't because of all this wonderful phone call system, since I am a foreigner and I don't have a UK number, which is mandatory for their great system. I just need help to get tested! So at the end I had unsafe activities/practices, I might have an infection but I cannot make a diagnosis easily. That's the easy way to spread disease, good job NHS. By the way I am working here and pay my NI taxes. Good to see that I cannot even access the health system..

Thank you to the two ladies that saw me today, I'm sorry I've forgotten their names, but they really made me feel calm and better about being there. The care and treatment was so calm and easy, couldn't recommend enough!
