Once again I’m left scratching my head as to why I bother giving this company yet another chance to redeem itself from previous misdemeanours and poor customer service, only to be let down once more. The people in the service section just come up with lame excuse after lame excuse for giving truly awful customer service, when in fact it’s their own ineptitude that’s the problem. Historically, the customer service at this place has been questionable at best , but having been let down for the umpteenth time , I will not be using them again. I’ve only given 1 star because I had to in order to post the review .
