The renewal process was quick and easy and the staff helpfull. My only real problem with Devitt is the £33 admin charge if you want to change a bike mid policy especially if the premium is under £100 its expensive for a computerised change

Awful Awful company , worst i have ever dealt with , I've sent 4 proof of NCB ( this seems to be a common issue with many ) still they say they haven't received it ,(advised me June 8th , cancelled my policy June 9th ) They cancelled my policy and taken a cancellation fee . Zero courtesy , they may be cheap , but be warned pay a little more get a better service

Absolutely disgraceful customer service, they have no care or consideration. Their cancellation policy is nothing less than a scandalous rip-off! I had insurance with Devitt, changed my motorbike, their quote for my new bike was way higher than others, so I changed provider. But then to cancel my current insurance cost more than the remaining amount of the policy, this was due to their absurd cancellation fee plus an admin fees for the privilege. When I spoke with them, they weren't prepared to listen. I stated that I wished to make formal complaint to escalate this issue, to which they said, "we will make a note of your complaint". That's it, nothing since other than demanding the cancellation fee. Disgraceful, I would not recommend nor will I ever use them again.

Very bad service. Threatening to cancel my insurance because I swapped my bike before a full year of NCD applied despite the fact that I hold full NCD and provided proof as requested. Difficult to deal with when all you need is a simple answer and clarification.

When Devitt’s system had issues a message was sent saying that the payment had not gone through. That inferred there was a problem with our bank account. When I requested an email/WhatsApp/text confirming that the problem was your and not mine, confirmation was sent stating that the payment had gone through. Not what was requested!
