I needed the services of a structural engineer in regards to building consent for a domestic refurbishment project. I found Devise from the ISE website. I contacted companies who were geographically closer to me first but they were either not able to complete the work or their billing structure was prohibitive to the size of my project. Graham from Devise contacted me quickly and was able to complete the work within my time frames for a rate which was competitive. The report produced covered all the areas I had to seek advice upon and was promptly returned. I would definitely use them again if I need the services of a structural engineer.

After a lot of searching round potential surveyors who could do exactly what we needed, we contacted Graham to carry out a survey on a property we're purchasing (1960s bungalow in Hackney), and to make comment on feasibility for a range of structural renovations we'd like to carry out. Graham has delivered a clear, well presented and thorough report, which is exactly what we wanted. The report was delivered to us in good time and at a good price. The follow up input has also been very well received, and we'd certainly be continue using Devise as the structural engineers for the full renovations.
