I didn’t know mole removal by electrolysis was a thing until I attended the Devine Clinic for another procedure. I’d reached a point where I was keen for a solution which would finally rid me of the blind facial moles that had gradually, imperceptibly grown over the last thirty five years. They were the first thing I noticed in any photograph and one in particular actually altered the profile of my jawline and it became a magnet for inquisitive probing fingers of young grandchildren. I wasn’t ready to be a Nanny McPhee! Alison assured me she could definitely help and that a treatment using electrolysis was an effective alternative to a cosmetic surgical procedure. In all, I had four moles removed over two sessions. The procedure was a little uncomfortable but Alison put me at ease and kept assuring me I was doing really well and it was soon over. There was also some downtime whilst the skin was healing and for the largest mole I coincided the treatment with a few days leave I had due - but that was entirely down to personal choice. The healing process progressed exactly as Alison said it would, so I was never alarmed at any stage. Now, a couple of months on, I can’t even tell where the moles on my forehead were and there is just a small pink dot on my jaw which will also fade in time. My face is also now more symmetrical. I wish I’d known about this procedure years ago and how quick, simple and affordable it is. If you have come across this review whilst exploring solutions to a similar problem, then I hope you find my experience helpful. Don’t hesitate, it’s absolutely worth it!

I have been very impressed with the results of all the treatments at Devine Skin. I have had a mixture of chemical peels and SQT to reduce scaring, I think SQT even though it is a little uncomfortable at first, it has shown the best results. I have been seeing Alison for many years for facials due to bad skin and tried and tested different treatments, which in a short term was very good. Then came SQT Facial, this has changed my life completely, this is by far a phenomenal treatment. At my first session, the process was uncomfortable and for a couple of days quite sensitive, second time around a lot better, as I know what I was going to experience. My skin has never been as good as it is now, it has given me confidence to go outside without makeup and this in it self is quite liberating.
