Rolex watch advertised for sale. I emailed, txt, left message on shops answerphone, emailed. Left my details as requested for this company to call Me. Called owner on His mobile 14/4/20, He actually answered His phone. It was the smiling helpful chap on tv. He declared His website hadn’t been updated, I asked Him politely if He had a similar item. He was disinterested & quickly & rudely shortened the conversation. Declaring He would call me back. Guess what no return call !!! Shabby behaviour, I receive better service buying a newspaper. No excuse, expensive purchase,I am a genuine buyer. Obviously this Company are more important than there Customers. DISAPPOINTED.

I took my ring into the shop and they said they would send it off to be valued, it would take approximately 3 weeks. After three weeks I called and was told someone would call me back, this went on for SIX weeks. In the end I went into the shop and told them I wanted my ring back. They lied and said they’d called me twice that week and although apologetic the customer service was awful. I was told the diamond wasn’t great and told me what the value was. I told them I didn’t want the valuation I just wanted my ring. I’ve since had another valuation and it has been valued almost 7 times what they valued it at. Avoid this place if you don’t want to be ripped off
