Initially, I signed up for Autocab, came to the point that I paid more than £1,000 pounds and because there was an issue of plotting the system, it took me sometime, when I was ready, they said that my money was non-refundable, that is even if I wanted to finally use the system, they requested for more money as they said, the price increased already. A different story from the salesman. That was a side story, just to show my previous experience. The customer service of DEVER Software (Taxi Dispatch System) is extremely helpful, communications are excellent, Mark is always there to reply which is a very good business trait. Customer Support is just brilliant. With regards to the taxi dispatch software itself, it is quite easy to use, there are many functions that I still don't know but the business runs even remotely. There are so many extra functionalities they had added and willing to add if your request is beneficial to the users. This is a working system that any taxi operator anywhere in the world would need to be able to cope with demand. You could work remotely using your laptop as long as you have the internet connection. The features will address many aspect of your taxi or limo business. Highly recommended!
