David contacted me and from then on they controlled the complete project from polishing to engraving and chroming, the end product was spectacular, to say I was pleased would be an under statement. I contacted Devanet to place a personalised order for my husband's birthday. I didn't give Devanet much time before the date needed but from start to finish the communication was great, keeping me up to date and sending me visual updates for approval. The belt buckle was kept to the exact design requested. The belt and buckle arrived the day before my husband's birthday by special delivery, it was in a beautiful presentation box that I'd requested. The quality of the buckle, belt and presentation box is wonderful, I couldn't have asked for more, it was perfect and will be treasured forever. I can't recommend Devanet highly enough and wouldn't go anywhere else for that prefect present. Thank you very much to all the team that dealt with my order. Superb, quality workmanship!!

Spoke to David and Alan to have my dog's wooden cremation casket laser engraved. They were extremely helpful and went out of their way to provide a specific item that's very personal and special to me. The quality of the work is excellent and I am currently in the process of arranging some further work to have photos laser engraved onto wood. I will happily recommend them.

My wife had a buckle made by Devanet for my birthday. Whilst I can't comment on the purchase from personal experience she tells me that they were very good to deal with and communicated her and their ideas very well. She supplied them with some artwork I made for a tattoo a few years back. It's my beloved and greatly missed Dobermann's front left paw print. Obviously, this image means a great deal to me and as its his actual paw print it can't be changed. Devanet used the above artwork to craft probably the most special birthday present I've had. Not only have they gone the extra mile to create some depth to the piece the quality is exceptional. They recommended the brushed brass, which I personally would have chosen too. The result is a totally one off, personal piece which is not only a great functional belt buckle, but a piece of art, which has great sentimental value to myself but looks good to everyone else. I'd recommend these guys and so would my wife who will no doubt write her own review. Ps even the presentation box is exceptional with an image of my boy and the personal message engraved on the back of the buckle is a really nice touch too.

I approached Devanet because I was looking for a company that could possibly engrave my 25 year old brass Zippo lighter. The team at Devanet were absolutely superb. I firstly provided them with a photo of my lighter and my thoughts on font and layout of the engraving. They provided their feedback and then did an initial test engraving on a blank piece of brass and sent a photo of it to me for my approval. The final engraving was excellent; just what I was looking for. Any company that displays this level of interest, responsiveness and professionalism on what was I'm sure (for them) a small job, should be applauded. Thankyou so much. -Mark.
