Pen and her team at Devain did an absolutely fantastic job of making roman blinds for my Georgian home. They are super friendly and I felt very well looked after throughout the process. She has a really good range of sample books, inspiring me to go for far more dramatic prints than I was originally considering with fabulous results. She calmly accepted my requests to create more unusual styles and didn’t blink at my out of the ordinary demands for automated blinds, just went away and made it happen for me. When the installation turned out not be as straightforward as we might have hoped, the team worked tirelessly to ensure everything was up and running and working smoothly for me as soon as possible. Aftercare was also second to none, and Pen was only too happy to return to make tweaks to my blinds as I lived with them and realised I wanted small changes. She returned swiftly and adjusted my blinds to perfection. I am delighted with the results and have received many compliments. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pen and her team at Devain Bespoke Curtains.

I can not recommend Pen and Devain Curtains highly enough. She and her team have just finished two pairs of curtains for our living room. They are spectacular and finished to an incredibly high standard. In addition to the curtains she also resized four sofa back cushions and made additional scatter cushions advising on complimentary fabrics and colours. I am very pleased with the results and our living room has been transformed. Throughout the whole process Pen was extremely helpful and kept in regular contact even been able to fit the making of the curtains in when timescales changed due to the fabric, which I was supplying, not being available when originally quoted. I shall certainly be using Pen again.

You provided me with all the necessary sample books to choose from and you also made our bespoke curtain project into a truly exciting experience! No job was too small or too big for you and you made a big job of 15 windows look seamless and incredibly easy! Everything from the Pelmets, Curtains, Roman Blinds, down to the roller blinds have been exclusively bespoke. It has all been designed with so much attention to detail, perfection & with a luxurious look and feel to it! I will highly recommend you to everyone i know!

Devain Bespoke Curtains have recently fitted curtains and a blind for us and we couldn’t be happier with the service we recieved. Pen has a beautiful showroom of samples, and provided really helpful advice on fabrics, linings, poles, finials, tie backs... I was impressed with the care and attention to detail taken when fitting and hanging the curtains and the end result is beautiful. I would wholeheartedly recommend!
