    A fantastic little store at a great location, the ladies who work there are so lovely and just super friendly. I have already managed to sell an unwanted designer item at a great price. More underway. Thanks a lot! Update: Went yesterday 11/02 to pick up an item that hadnā€™t sold. The lady with the Irish accent wasnā€™t too impressed (probably having a bad day or due to my rather simple attire unlike that of the pedestrians frequenting the area šŸ˜³) and said the bare minimum. Appears that the staff are a bit ā€˜hit and missā€™ - thus rating revised!

    (11/08/2022) Just came in to do shopping and was told ā€œwell done, you can readā€ when I inquired about the signs on the door. Possibly the rudest thing I have ever heard come out from personnelā€™s mouth in my lifetime in the first 5 seconds of our interaction. To the owner - please vet the people you are hiring. Never coming to this store again.

    An absolute gem of a shop. This is my go-to for special occasion outfits but Iā€™ve also got lucky and found some really good value pieces from well loved labels. Their Instagram is a brilliant for checking out what they have in store. Highly recommend for anyone who loves one-off pieces or pre-loved fashion!

    I find this shops normally helpful and spent a small fortune in the past along with selling goods. The staff were nice mainly. I called Saturday and spoke to a shop assistant asking a general query about goods I left in last year. I give the docket/ invoice number and as it was not clearly written she kindly said she would look into it. I took pains to explain that I understand this is my problem but just needed to know what happened as I could not find the clothes. . The phone line was not good but she explained she would ring me back, I appreciate shops get busy therefore I called her back. I was told the manager would call me Monday when they look into the books from last year. I thanked her kindly and a few minutes later I called back to say that I appreciated her help and sorry as line was bad and my hearing is not great, unfortunately she was not available but I left the message with the person who answered the phone. I was told the message would be passed on. I was anxious about my goods and knew this came across on the phone and I did not want the shop assistant to feel responsible. My behavior was meet with a distressing phone call this morning... When I answered the phone this morning from Lauren I got accused of altercation with her staff. I explained the above and reassured her that I called back on Saturday minutes after my first phone call to explain I was anxious and perhaps assertive and to thank the girl. I understand different tones and accents can get misconstrued in this way. In a nice person who would hate to upset anyone hence my upset with lauren this morning. She was more interested in accusing me than listening to what I had to say. Again Lauren accused me of rudeness and altercation towards her.. I had to explain my hearing is not good and itā€™s how I talk.... I will be taking this further as harassment from a show manager is not something I will tolerate .
