Terrible treatment, there have caused me to have osteomyelitis infection in my jaw bone , will have to have it removed. All this from a tooth extraction becoming infected from bacteria when i had the tooth removed! Pain is unbearable taking antibiotics from February and oramoph. Find its all about money with dr Deu!!

From my experience the treatment from this dental practice has been poor. The dentists are professional but 2 years ago I needed an emergency appointment and when I called was told to phone 111 as they were busy. As a result I ended up in A&E and woke up in ICU 12 hours later as a result Ludwig’s angina from a tooth infection that spread. This is a life-threatening emergency which caused me severe discomfort and nearly cost me my life. I was keen to request a dental appointment to ensure my teeth are ok especially after such a traumatic event. Turns out through the pandemic I did not attend the dentist so they removed me as a NHS dental patient without any notice. I complained to staff to say people were not attending the dentist during Covid to incorrectly be told they had corresponded to me by multiple avenues letting me know I was being removed as a patient. I did however not receive any correspondence. Furthermore, I was horrified to be informed that to the NHS waiting list is over 5 years but they could see me right away if I go private. If you are thinking of going private with this dental practice I personally would advise going elsewhere.

Had the filling fixed in October (lower right molar). A relatively small job done within 20 minutes by one of the doctors. Today (30 March), a part of the filling cracked and has been lost. Called the practice and was told that I need to pay 80 quid as an assessment fee and in case the filling is definitely cracked, it will be fixed free of charge. So, on the top of 217 quid I paid in October I will need to pay 80 quid just to see the doctor and fix something for which it was already paid. Needless to say, the 80 quid would never be returned. I would call it a daylight robbery and would recommend everyone to simply avoid this practice.

Couldnt speak any highly of this dentist practice. extremely professional and come recommended. My 4 year old had an accident on Friday morning when he fell over and hit his face into a wall. Both of his front teeth fell out. We turned up to the practice unannounced at 9am and because of my sons age and injury, they attended to him straight away. Brilliant! Thank you to Jagtar, Hollie and the team!

Travelled from wakefield for my filling but because of 8 min delay which I explained was due to traffic conditions, I was turned away by Alison at the reception.This is unacceptable, you need to allow room for flexibility. I had to plan all my day around this as I am a mother of 4 kids, i could have been seen at 3.28pm as the next patient was running late due to traffic!!, another person sitting next to her said she will do it but this wasnt taken into consideration by Alison. Please review your policy.

My daughter has recently been diagnosed with autism and was extremely anxious when we arrived. I explained the situation and Dr Deu went out of his way to make my daughter feel more comfortable. He spent time trying to get on her level as well as making adjustments like examining her standing up, so she didn’t have to sit in the chair, which she was very fearful of.
