Terrible experience with our far east holiday. Booking riddled with errors and cancellation of hotel day before our check in whilst in the middle of our tour. We accepted another hotel under duress .. on return to uk the compensation offered was well under their own terms and conditions. They treat customers with contempt and arrogance !!!!

The booking process was easy and Craig R was very responsive and helpful even when I wasn’t sure on which hotel to go for when booking my honeymoon. I particularly like the option to pay in as many instalments as you like using the easily accessible portal. We haven’t gone on the holiday yet but so far, excellent!
