Excellent bike shop, thank you Alex for your dedicated support in sales. Bought a second hand BMW, no judgement made 😱. Picked it up in a monsoon, thankful for the free coffee as I dripped in the showroom. Would recommend a visit on a sunnier day! I have purchased my third bike from this branch and would like to mention how the sales man (Alex Phillips) has gone above and beyond. It has been about six months that I have been going in to try and find that right bike from test rides to just looking. He always makes you feel very welcome and takes time to make sure you are happy. Can not thank him enough for finding me a gen 1 street triple which is perfect 5 stars.

Triumph as a brand are doing everything right currently, and Destination Triumph exemplify the overall ethos, standards and "coolness" of purchasing a Triumph bike. Destination and Destination staff members balance the perfect amount of professionalism and bike owner community feel that as bike owners we are all part of. This is very important to me, I make an occassional trip to destination on one of my 2 Triumph bikes "for the ride" out, but also to look at the bikes, have a coffee and talk to the staff about bikes, this is never too much trouble and never comes across as a sales like environment, more rather enthusiasts discussing bikes at a bike night. It is mostly this that will keep me coming back to buy more bikes at Destination Triumph. Great dealer, great staff and thank you to Mike who sourced my cosmic yellow street triple RS, I am very grateful.

I received fantastic service throughout the entire process, having initially popped in just to browse. Mike was friendly and welcoming (with coffee!) within minutes of entering and the showroom was very impressive to wander around. I requested a new paint colour to the panels and this was also accommodated without any issue, with them going to great lengths to ensure the bike looked exactly as I wanted it. I was always kept well-informed throughout the purchase process and I really appreciated the grand reveal when I went to purchase the bike!
