    Fully understands that I can’t always commit in the same way due to circumstances , but always makes time and effort to help. Any other way I would have quit by now . But Lauren keeps me on track to achieving my goals . She has even tailored some movements to help with my back to make it stronger . And the best part she doesn’t mind when the childcare is cancelled !!

Lauren is extremely trained and skilled, she tailors programmes to meet her clients specific needs and goals. She has taught me how to take control of my health and wellness, and for that I will be forever grateful. Not only that, she is so welcoming & her dedication spares me on each and every session. The level of accountability Lauren provides is exactly what I needed. She cares so much about each one of us and this level of accountability keeps me motivated and on track towards my fitness goals. Lauren was able to assess my fitness level, she designed a customised workout plan, and continually provides guidance and support along the way. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable with the fitness side, but she is also a nutritionist & is able to support me with my eating habits. Lauren is amazing & so supportive! I genuinely love going to PT and most weeks I go 4 days in a row. Yes it’s hard work, but it is also great craic & I leave every session feeling strong, amazing about myself & just in general I’m so much more happier.     Lauren has been fantastic and such a source of inspiration. Since joining, I feel fitter, have more confidence, and found a love of exercise that I never thought possible. Classes are fun, and even on those days where you are not feeling it, by the time the class is done, you are guaranteed to have a smile on your face. Support from Lauren and classmates helps make the classes! Definitely 5 star as wouldn't have started on my personal journey without the support
