Ordered food around 2am. It never shows up. Called the restaurant the next day and the driver says she left it outside at a block with red mailboxes. I don't even live in that block. According to her, she tried her best and that is a satisfactory delivery and she's keeping her "proof" that she left my food with some mailboxes. Avoid avoid avoid. They don't even take responsibility, they just get defensive and feel entitled to your hard earned money for 2 and a half hour late food left at the wrong location. They're telling me that they don't agree with a refund and want to keep the money for their effort.
