Disgraceful service - on my friend showing an NHS card for the advertised ‘frontline worker discount’ the woman serving complained, saying ‘we shouldn’t be giving discount - the NHS is so slow’. Whatever your opinion - saying it to NHS frontline staff when on a day out with their families is unacceptable.
