    Have purchased a few reptiles from Dean over the last couple of years and never had any problems. All of the animals are in good health, active and alert, as well as reasonably priced. The shop is tidy and concise, and while the space is limited, Dean stocks lots of unique herps that you wouldn't usually be able to find locally. He also stocks a lot of specialist equipment including Halogens, Deep Heat Projectors, and full UVB kits - you won't ever find unnecessary or harmful equipment, as health and longevity is the priority even after the animal leaves the store. Cannot personally fault the guy, he's always ready to give advice and make conversation, and most importantly he cares about his animals. Far better treatment than some of the other local reptile stores, and a great example of the hobby. Not the biggest, but definitely the best in Plymouth.👌

    My partners snake almost died 2 months after getting it from this place due to the wrong soil being given and the wrong type of tank, lucky it was taken to a vets before anything serious happened otherwise I would personally come in store to take the money back and leave the shops in pieces. You’ve been reported for almost killing your animals
