I had a bad experience on multiple occasions, I have come in many times and asked for threading only to be turned away by one of the owners. Reason being - fully booked. If this is a policy - book by appointment only then it should be advertised on the window outside. I have had my eyebrows threaded once, while threading my eyebrows the ladies were in deep conversation. This resulted in a happy trigger hand on both my eyebrows totally thinning my eyebrows! The lady was defensive about this but my eyebrows looked awful. Will not be going there again!
