    Been looking for a car and had been struggling with the budget I had, I came across the vw tiguan and I spoke to Thomas he was great able to help me with getting car and within the price can afford. Thomas also made the whole process quick and easy for me as I was travelling from Birmingham and if i liked the car i didnt want to make a second journey.     Found a car i liked online, pressed the send message button, got contact back within 24 hours, dealt with Thomas over the phone and he kept me well informed on the status of the car, and was happy for me to send my parents over to test drive it for me - i was coming from the midlands, between 1st contact and collection day, it was smoothly done with lots of back and forth communication, made it so easy for me. He even sorted the dings and chips and chucked in an ice scraper. Thank you Thomas.

    I've never felt so uncomfortable when enquiring about a car and when you have your car appraised you would not expect your glove box compartment to be turned upside down, at least leave someone else's property how you find it, the tone also changes very quickly if you disagree with what is being said, this is only an honest review of my experience and I am sure there are probably many happy customers.
