I visited this shop once and the owner was incredibly rude. With her comments on your simple questions you gonna feel immediately bad. I don’t know how she can work in a customer service with such attitude and manners. Also the prices on the most of the items are high, you can find a nice clothes in a charity shops around with a better deals or even online. Never ever gonna open the door to this store again and not gonna recommended to anyone to bring their clothes or too buy from them.

I bought something from here and decided it didn’t look right on me so I went back to ask for a refund or an exchange and she said it’s not possible which I understand because each item has different owners and they get paid once it’s sold. But there really should be a sign saying no refunds or exchanges…very annoying because I’m a student with little money as well
