I would life to say that my dad put years into this company & they treated him fairly Charlie Barnett fell into a man hole & was off work for weeks & the team supported him until he retired working up til his 70th birthday he never complained once of any bad treatment of any workers & felt all were treated the same this was when Design Plan was in Gander Green Lane of course

A discrimination from the manager’s side (Magdalena). It doesn’t make difference if you are a good or bad worker. If she doesn’t like you, they fire you, if she does - you stay. She is very rude and full of complexes person.l don't recommend working at this factory.
