So rude no customer service skills at all. Went in and lady said we can't try anything on, even after saying we defo will buy we just want to try on she shrugged her shoulders and gestured us out of the shop. They just seem like nasty people so I wouldn't trust them if your ordering clothes just save yourself hassle and shop somewhere else

Would give 0 stars if possible. Rude and arrogant don't know how to treat and talk to customers with respect. When asking them about different materials they object to responding because they cannot justify the difference in pricing. Pretty standard shop with standard designs but charging designer prices. Need to learn customer service and not to argue with customers before opening a shop.

Absolutely wonderful service in Zoyas, Safina is an absolute star. I am being completely honest in my review, not biased or not paid. I have had many many weddings in the past, all the other shops I have experienced do not touch the clothes and the experience of shopping here, and she never fails in her standard and service too. You must buy clothes from this shop for a wedding if you want a hassle free service. Every other South Asian clothes shop I have been to, have no clue on how to treat customers and they charge way over priced. Zoyas is high end, but you are paying for quality wedding clothes, and not being ripped off.
