Nigel is absolutely first class, he has a wealth of knowledge, is available round the clock to answer your queries. Especially during the COVID testing minefield he is there to guide you through so that you can have a good holiday and don’t have to worry about the admin nightmare I know you are using to put you off going away!! Having used Designer Travel for the last few years for my own holidays, I recommended them to my parents. We booked a few weeks ago for a special holiday next year to celebrate my dads 70th birthday. Unfortunately one of the bookings made was with Thomas Cook who today went in to liquidation. I have to say the customer service received by Colette was exceptional. She had been working tirelessly since 5am this morning, rearranging all her customers travel arrangements. She called my mum this morning and rebooked her with another company and fully explained the refund process that will happen regarding her cancelled booking. This is why we should all use Travel Agents instead of booking online. Thank you designer travel (and Colette in particular) for being so wonderful 😊
