Received my armchair 2 days ago. Problem with staples showing on the wing back. Have sent 2 emails, the second asking for them to confirm they had received my first email and to say they were dealing with the issue. No response at all. On my experience so far, I would not recommend this company. Update 24th April. Phone call received. They said if I had emailed 'aftercare' instead of 'info', I would have received an acknowledgement of my email. I would suggest that any email to their company should receive an automated response! Anyway, a replacement has been promised for 10th May. I have adjusted my rating, pending the final outcome. Replacement arrived today, and all seems to be in order. Have revised the rating as they have done what they promised. However, I would not recommend this company based on the extremely poor quality of the original item received.

My chaise longue was delivered yesterday and I couldn't be happier. It was taken into the room of my choice and there wasn't a speck of damage on it. It looks absolutely gorgeous in my dining room against the bay window. Well worth the wait. A tad expensive compared to other chaise longue online but the quality is very good.

The customer service was top notch (from Bee, who was especially considerate of the fact that I was buying the pieces sight unseen and paying a hefty amount for shipping), the pickup from my 3rd party shipper I'd arranged went perfectly smoothly, and the pieces made it all the way to New Mexico in perfect condition.
