Brought my daughter here for a haircut yesterday and they fit me in last minute- which I am so grateful for! My daughter was really apprehensive about having her haircut ….but we both love it! Had balayage at this salon Oct 2019 and it was very good. The colour didn't lift as much but that's probably because the natural colour was so dark. I had a haircut here earlier this year and that was second to none, just as I had shown the hairdresser. I booked with them again mid Oct this year as I had a special occassion on a specific date and booked for the day before with 2 weeks to go. I was called twice in the week before the appointment to rearrange the time which wasn't a problem however on the day before my appointment they called again to say that they wouldn't keep the colouring appointment because they hadn't given me a skin patch test this year and that had to be done at least 48 hrs prior. Why they didn't have the common sense to tell me this earlier in the week when they phoned? So they left me in the lurch last minute, I didn't have my hair the way I had planned for the occassion and it was too short notice to go elsewhere, REALLY DISSATISFIED, letting customers down last minute so I wouldn't trust them and again, shame really.
