We recently purchased window coverings for our home. The shop was very helpful and the delivery was on time and as expected although we then realised we had given the incorrect measurements on one window blind by 10cm!! We spoke to the shop expecting a write off or considerable fee to make it right but instead we were thanked for our honesty in owning the mistake and the blind was corrected and back with us within days - and by that time, a perfect fit. The quality in everything we’ve bought has been high and we’ve been grateful for the expertise of the shop. Very happy to recommend them.

I can't say we are regular customers, who changes curtains regularly? This firm is our go to when we ring the changes though and have made many curtains and blinds for us over the years. My latest experience shows how good their service is. A blind fitted 5 years ago broke so I rang for advice. They told me to bring it in for a restring. I dropped it off around 2 on a Saturday with the advice it would be ready by Monday. After a throw away remark about my daughter saying she wouldn't sleep, they offered a same day service at no extra cost!. It was back in her bedroom by 4. Amazing
