Ashlea was our initial contact in terms of design etc and was excellent. Mark, the fitter, was absolutely first class- highly skilled and very personable.   We had a bathroom which was last tiled sometime in the 1980s, felt small and offered the sort of lighting you would expect in a warehouse. Ashlea from Design Time came around, measured up and came up with three designs all of which looked fantastic. The three dimensional 'renders' allowed us to see the new design from any angle which helped enormously. She also offered advice on the size of tile we should use and was not afraid to speak up when we made nonsensical suggestions. Her team of fitters were exactly what you would want. They put down protective flooring, were very respectful and professional. What I liked was seeing a carpenter and plumber remove the old fittings then get to work on the new layout. Once the woodwork was done we did not see the carpenter again. He was replaced by the 'plaster guy' who did just that. Then we never saw him again. During this time it became apparent that not only did we need to replace our old boiler, but it had to be relocated and they were able to get that done in the original time frame with two additional plumbers. At some point an electrician came to do the wiring and then it was the turn of the master tiler. He did an exceptional job. I loved seeing specialists for each task, not a 'Jack-of-all-trades.' We now have the sort of bathroom you only see in 5 star spa hotels. We would highly recommend Design Time and if my wife ever gets out of the bath we will turn our attention to the kitchen.   We used Designtime to design and complete the installation of three bathrooms in our house. We would like to start by saying a big thank you to Ashlea. Her communication throughout the project from the initial consultation to completion was superb. Ashlea's lengthy knowledge of manufacturers and products were invaluable during the design and decision making process as was her guidance for best use of space. She also had a great eye for interior design. We felt nothing was too much trouble, particularly during last minute changes and she was always on hand throughout the project. We were extremely impressed by the professionalism, friendliness and expertise of both Kevin and Ian who carried out the installation. They were both excellent communicators, tidy and respectful workers. The finish of all three bathrooms was of a very high standard and we are over the moon with the outcome. We would highly recommend Designtime without any hesitation.

  Went to Design Time as we had used them previously for a bathroom. We knew what we wanted but wanted someone to redesign our kitchen. Connie came back to us with several ideas and finishes which we then agreed on. The finished kitchen looks absolutely fabulous. From start to finish they kept us informed and the team of builders, plumbers, electricians etc were all very good and helpful. I would thoroughly recommend them for any works.   We had a complex refurbishment of our bungalow, that involved the removal of internal walls, strip out of our old kitchen and bathroom. Then new internal walls were built followed by a complete reinstallation of a kitchen and wetroom. It required an experienced design and build company to do it for us and Design Time did not let us down. Ash and Mark designed the bathroom and kitchen to our exacting requirements as my wife has limited mobility issues. The level of detail they went to was amazing. Paul brilliantly organised their highly skilled tradesmen, who worked very hard to give us what we needed. Everyone was so helpful and considerate at every stage. The company went above and beyond and the work that they did for us, has transformed our lives for the better and we cannot thank them enough.   DesignTime undertook our bathroom re-modelling from initial design to final installation. Ashlea was the lady responsible for the design and, after a home visit to discuss and survey, she came up with a design that delighted us. Kev and Ian were the installers and they did a fabulous job.
