I purchased the 'Luxury Dried Tropical Flowers' bouquet as a gift for my Mum for Mothers Day. There was a slight delay in delivery (out of the control of Design by Nature) and the customer service I received from Emily was absolutely fantastic. With regard to the product itself, the bouquet was packaged brilliantly - as damage during transit is a common concern when receiving flowers via post - the flowers were in amazing condition and perfectly pre-arranged so they could be placed directly into the vase! Can't recommend this business enough - will definitely be purchasing again in future.

Check out Emily’s Instagram - it speaks for itself 😍 Her style is just so beautiful - carefully curated, without being over structured. She has such a beautiful eye for composition and uses stunning flowers. Emily is doing our wedding flowers and provided a well produced, fully thought out quote very promptly. The costs were 👌 and broken down very transparently - and most importantly, it was beautiful! Emily suggested flowers we hadn’t heard of before but have since become family favourites. Emily also hosted a wreath workshop for us at work. She delivered 20+ wreaths all over all London and then Zoomed in to show us how it’s done. The materials were again beautiful in such a natural way, and everyone was delighted with the result. Thanks Emily!
