If I were to describe Design By Day in three words, it would be 'expert, efficient and accommodating'. We reached out to DBD to produce a logo for an upcoming disability access project in the North of Greater Manchester. DBD provided excellent customer service by connecting us with a designer that discussed our every requirement for the project. They followed our brief and achieved an outcome which was exactly what we were looking for. They used their plethora of design skills and many years of experience to turn our mock-up design into a professional logo which we can now use for both printing and digital purposes. The designer gave us a swift outcome which was delivered long before the project deadline, allowing us to produce some resources to raise awareness and promote the group. Any required amendments were executed quickly and efficiently and we are extremely satisfied with the final outcome! DBD produced the logo in a variety of file formats such as PNG, JPG, TIF, PDF, AI, etc. as well as providing RGB for digital purposes and CMYK for print. They ensured that we had a format to suit all of our requirements. We would absolutely recommend Design By Day to any individual or organisation which needs graphics design and web design as they are a very experienced team of designers who execute their tasks with speed and discipline.

We asked Design by Day to update our website as it was looking decidedly dated and needed to be brought into the 2020's. Due to Covid 19 we had to instruct, discuss, and amend everything remotely using zoom and other technologies. This worked amazingly well as we were able to convey our requirements directly to Angela and discuss any amendments that were required without face to face meetings. The website recently went live and we are delighted that the look and feel is just what we wanted to achieve; it has completely captured the market segment that we operate in. I initially made contact with Design By Day as part of a wider charity project and I’m so glad I did. Angela really took time to understand the concept (we don’t do much work with designers or printers so we definitely didn’t have a design brief) and what we we were trying to achieve, did loads of her own research on the subject of trauma (we wanted a trauma responsive Welcome Pack for a Women’s Refuge), listened to our inane comments and never judged us, communicated really well and delivered a top quality product. She kept us informed all the way through the process and came back with suggestions and feedback and did a really great proof read and review and found issues that we had overlooked. Really professional, great value for money.

I worked with Angela and the team on the design and branding for Manchester Jazz Festival's 25th anniversary. They were super organised, creative and delivered everything well within deadline and, most importantly, budget. We were unfortunately forced to deliver the 25th online as the COVID-19 pandemic took hold and again the team quickly rose the challenge, re-purposing our existing branding for the new festival and making sure our website was up to streaming live content.
