Avoid, avoid and avoid. If you really want something and are desperate, I would still strongly urge you to avoid desicart. I paid extra for Saturday delivery as I wanted things badly, however only part of the order came. customer service over phone is just on paper. I called like 20 times back to back and was answered once. Was then told that I will get a call back in 5 mins but nothing. They wanted to save shipping cost so told me the package was lost, well don't you have enough stock to send me? Asked for refund of shipping cost and got the response that I have received part of the order and they incurred the cost. Well that's not my problem right? Anyways finally was told that will be refunded but initiation took time and was actioned when I threatened to dispute the charge directly with my credit card company. Had to make alternate arrangements for things in the mean time. Totally not worth the headache. If only they could have empathized and handled this better, they would have got a customer for life.
