Great experience on the island and wasn’t disappointed. Was great being with other survival enthusiasts also as made the experience even better. Learnt skills definitely will remember and made great friends along the way also. It wasn’t easy so definitely do this if you’re ok with potentially not finding any food any being hungry for few days. We survived on coconuts and fish as we had some good swimmers! By the 3rd isolation night we did we’re definitely fatigued! Still a learning experience and would do it again😂

Wow! What an experience… From first setting on the island I was confident we were in great hands. Gaz, Jade , Don and Eddie were fantastic at the training, answering any questions we had whilst also making it an enjoyable experience. Taking things back to basics and switching off from the real world was fantastic and couldn’t recommend this trip enough. You’ll learn a lot about your character if nothing else, so just do it!

How to sum this experience up in words? In todays world, where we are connected 24/7, messages on a multitude of apps are constant and notifications ping at you every few minutes, being able to turn off your phone and connect to life at its most basic principles is becoming ever harder. Here, I found myself being truly present and was able to fully disconnect. The moment of realisation came, weirdly, as I was idly bashing away at charcoal with a shell and feeling totally content with my life and the task at hand. Big thanks as well to Gaz and Jade. You both made the trip more enjoyable and are clearly experts in what you do! Sorry Gaz for asking 1001 questions on the intricacies of palm trees but we are impressed you answered all of them. Also, finally thanks to Don and Eddie! Dons constant good cheer and positive nature is infectious and his Karaoke skills are second to none! Tom, we didn’t meet but thanks for setting up a company like this and all the pre trip help made the experience easier! If you are looking for an experience that will last a lifetime, do not hesitate and book yourself on one of their trips!

I did the deserted island experience in the Philippines and I was not sure what to expect as this was my first time doing anything like this. I can honestly say it was one of the most amazing experiences I have ever done in my life! The level of preparation and training on a one on one bases and as a team was fantastic. Jade and Gaz knew how to explain and teach extremely well and adopted different methods to teach if needed to different people. My experience was for sure a 10/10 and something I will remember for the rest of my life. If you are looking for an experience that you will never forget then this is for you!

I had the exciting experience of desert island survival in the stunning Pearl islands off Panama in Jan 2023. A great mix of age and cultures came together and getting to know new people and forming a team was one of the real highlights for me - aside from being in the most remote and beautiful place I have ever visited. Full moon with the brightest of stars and the warm evening’s and nights made the experience so enjoyable whilst learning and experiencing some pretty tough survival skills from amazing leaders before heading into isolation to test our skills and mental strength….thankfully only 3 days! This was a holiday after all! Hats off to one of the team who isolated for the full 8 nights - various options to make this as hard or easy as you want. Fantastic experience being “rescued” directly from our isolation beach on the last day - especially the promise of cold beers! If you have ever wondered if you can do it - you can, give it a go. You are in safe hands with this team

Soul cleansing experience. We spent 5 days being taught survival skills to then be put to the test for 3 days of isolation on a tropical island where our source of currency was our energy. To learn how to filter water, hunt for food, make a fire and build shelter was fun. Would recommend this to others looking for an experience that brings you back down to your ancestral instincts.

Well, how should I rate this extraordinary once in lifetime experience. Those 10 days on the island have been an incredible time. Beeing a bushcraft instructor myself I really learned a lot from the amazing experience of Tom, Kian and Don. And being able to put my own skills to the test during the survival phase was awesome. But this is so much more than an adventure trip. Tom creates this fine balance between adventure and the pleasure life of a tropical island, not just on Pina Colada night. We were really growing together as a tribe and the people with whom I shared this experience will stay with me for the rest of my life. GoTurtle Head Tribe.

Just finished the Panama adventure! This was such a unique and perception-altering experience. The survival trainers were professional and passionate about their extraordinary knowledge. The location was breathtaking. The owner Tom made all pre-adventure to-do list easy to access and was quick to personally respond.
