They phone call immediately post-survey to outline the findings has been really helpful in keeping things moving smoothly with the purchase. The advise given is straightforward and easy act on. They aren't the cheapest firm in the market, but definitely an exceptionally high quality one.

This was our first listed building we had purchased, so wanted to make sure we had a thorough survey carried out. After receiving a few quotes I decided to use Desbruslais based on the fact the price was fair and the staff was very friendly and helpful booking us in and answering all my enquiries. Even before the survey, Robert Desbruslais was happy to take my phone call and answer my enquires. There were times when I questioned cancelling the survey and just going for a home buyers to save some money but so glad I didn’t. For the amount of time Robert spent on site, let alone the hours it must have taken to write the in depth report we certainly got our money’s worth. Very very pleased with the detail regarding every issue in the property. Would highly recommend to anyone that is buying a period property and worried about what may lay beneath 👍🏻
