"Gem". I visited this store yesterday, after having driven through this road many times and being unaware of this gem of a store. You'll find a marvellous selection of natural and high quality fabrics like silk, cotton, linen, wool etc. and and a very knowledgeable and friendly staff, happy to assist you with your sewing project. Highly recommended!
