My Father bought a car from Des Winks Skoda and was waiting for its final preparation before delivery when he was told he needed an emergency operation, the recovery was going to take some time and it may mean he couldn't drive again. I spoke to Jack Laing, the salesman involved and he couldn't be more helpful, they refunded the full amount and refused to take an administrative fee. I would definitely recommend them as even though we didn't buy the car in the end, their integrity shone through and we could then concentrate on my fathers recovery without any further worry.
