I have visited the site a number of times over the past few years both for fishing and as a base for exploring York and the East Coast. The fishing is excellent with a good variety of fish. The site is always clean and well maintained, the staff are really helpful and knowledgeable about the local area. It’s location is ideal being close to York and the A64 for Leeds & the East Coast. I have seen the plans for the new development and seen the quality and types of the statics available and am really impressed with their quality and the prices. Very competitive as are the annual site fees.

Extremely misleading and fraudulent web site, the site looks nothing like this, its got 3 static caravans on it which look nothing like the pictures, all the pictures are computer generated or taken from some other site. The roads around it are not finished, still rough hard core. £90k for a static caravan costing less than half that!!!
